Introduction

The Technology Professional who wishes to ensure growth and secure long-term relevance in the business world must acquire and develop effective business management skills. Typically, his/her educational experience would have had a strong technical focus and organisational structures would have propagated this outlook by restricting technocrats to their area of expertise and thereby unintentionally depriving them of necessary business exposure.
