Fundamentals of Business Analysis Workshop
Course Overview
The Fundamentals of Business Analysis workshop consists of a variety of demonstrations, simulations, hands-on activities and team exercises, enabling delegates to refine and enhance their problem definition, communication and problem solving skills. The delegates will identify and discuss strategies and tactics that their Organisations should be using to better define project scope and to discover, document and communicate requirements.
At the completion of the course, participants will learn how to:
