Head Operations will oversee operational activities (including claims management, Health Care Provider commissioning and contracting, and complaints resolution) and ensure efficient and excellent service delivery in line with the Agency’s strategy and goals. The jobholder will drive operational excellence, manage and liaise with multiple stakeholders and partners to ensure service performance goals are met, address complaints and resolve issues.


QUALIFICATIONS 
 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or a health-related field 
 Postgraduate degree in Management, Health Insurance or Health Economics 
 Membership of clinical/healthcare professional body is an added advantage

EXPERIENCES 
 Minimum of eight years’ relevant experience with at least three years in managerial capacity.

HEAD PLANNING RESEARCH & MONITORING 

The Head Planning, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation will lead comprehensive research and development programmes and initiatives to support the Agency’s growth; develop and implement a robust approach to monitor and evaluate its activities, value and impact; and support the attainment of set goals by providing research insights and advisory support for strategic and operational planning. The jobholder will manage and coordinate the collation and analysis of relevant data such as utilization rates, medical loss ratio, enrollee satisfaction survey etc. to support planning, operations and decision making, and ensure projects efficiently and effectively support the Agency's goals and objectives.

 

QUALIFICATION 
 Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Business or related field. 
 Relevant post graduate degree would be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE 
 Minimum of eight years’ experience in research, planning, monitoring and evaluation with at least three years in managerial capacity. 
 Experience in the health sector or health-related programmes is essential.

HEAD IT & COMMUNICATION


The Head, IT & Communications is responsible for overseeing and managing information technology systems infrastructure, applications and network to support the Agency’s strategic plans and goals. The jobholder will define core information technology requirements for effective operations of the Agency; provide direction and lead the operations of the IT & Communications department; work closely with decision makers across the Agency to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support technology solutions; define and implement IT policies and procedures and ensure sound practices.

 

QUALIFICATION 
 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ICT, Computer Engineering or a related field. 
 Relevant professional certification e.g. MCSE, MS SQL Server, Oracle DB.

EXPERIENCE 
 Minimum of eight years’ experience with at least three years in managerial capacity. 
 Hands-on experience in database design, development, maintenance and security is essential. 
 Project management experience would be an added advantage.

The Head, Human Resource and Administration (HRA) is responsible for developing and executing HR Strategies that align with the Agency’s strategic intent and facilitates the achievement of set goals. The jobholder will ensure the implementation of sound and best-fit HR practices, lead efficient delivery of HR services, and drive employee engagement with impact on organizational performance. The Head, HRA will also oversee key support functions including Administration, Logistics and Fleet Management, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.

 

QUALIFICATION 
 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
 MBA or relevant Master’s degree would be an added advantage 
 Professional HR qualification from a recognized body e.g. CIPM

EXPERIENCE 
 Minimum of fifteen years’ relevant experience with at least five years in managerial capacity 
 Experience across HR disciplines including organizational development, talent management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, 
learning and development, employee relations, and development and implementation of HR policies. 
 Experience providing HR advisory support at management level and driving change

The Head, Finance & Accounts is responsible for financial planning and management towards the attainment of organizational goals. The jobholder will oversee finance and accounting operations including but not limited to budgeting, investments and treasury, and is charged with the development and implementation of finance strategies and plans, deployment and maintenance of effective control systems, and timely and accurate financial reporting. The jobholder will develop/enhance and implement systems, policies and procedures for efficient finance and accounting operations.

 

QUALIFICATION

 MBA or relevant Master’s degree would be an added advantage 
 Professional accounting/finance qualification will be favourably considered e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA
