Coaching within the workplace is increasingly being recognized as a powerful tool which can achieve numerous positive outcomes relative to individual employees; executives and teams; develop potential, enhance learning, improve performance, realize goals; and give impetus to change

The effective Coaching programme provides an over view of the major factors and issues concerned with being an effective coach and with implementing coaching in the work place. It addresses the theory relative to the field of coaching, and the practice of coaching from the perspective of both the coach and the coachee.

The overall aim of this programme is to build an understanding of the process of coaching and what all this entails.
