Course Objectives
This course aims to show participants how the implementation of best practice ITIL IT service management processes can lead to the provision of cost effective high quality IT services that are aligned to the needs and priorities of the business.
Case studies, lectures and workshop exercises are used to demonstrate how processes and procedures are required to effectively deliver qualitative IT service to users.

The programme provides a coherent framework that the management of IT services may wish to adopt to provide consistent qualitative IT services. The topics covered include:

Participants will also take an introductory test and a mock exam that would prepare them for the foundation examination in IT service management
