- The main elements of change management
- What is involved in developing a compelling case for change and a change vision
- Practice in using core change management tools such as change readiness assessment
- An understanding of the links between organisational performance management and the management of individuals’ performance
- An understanding of the complexity of true sustainable cultural change and how it can be initiated.
Each Participant receives a Personal Profile Analysis Report using the DISC Behavioural Framework
