Even more difficult can be effectively managing under-performance or un-acceptable behaviour. Often the process of disciplining and or counseling an individual can cause resentment, bitterness and poor interaction between people. This programme uses the knowledge and management of behaviour to discipline and counsel individuals towards the right results and performance whilst still maintaining a great working relationship.

The programme will benefit any individual who is responsible for managing the performance of others and who may at some point be required to discipline performance or behaviour.
