Phillips Consulting in partnership with Advantage Learning UK, a PRINCE2 Accredited Training Organisation presents PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training and certification.

PRINCE2™ is a project management method designed to provide a framework covering the wide variety of disciplines and activities required within a project.

PRINCE2™ is a structured method providing organizations with a standard approach to the management of projects. It is independent of industry sector, tools or technology, so that it can be applied to any size of project, in any business area.

The program includes 2 exams:
PRINCE 2 Foundation Examination
The first of the two PRINCE2 Examinations you are required to pass, this level tests the familiarity of candidates with PRINCE2 methodology and measures candidates' competence to operate as an informed member of a team managing a PRINCE2™ project.

PRINCE 2 Practitioner Examination
The second of the two examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner aims at measuring whether a candidate would be able to apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2. This exam is also an objective question exam
