Course Overview
This course introduces participants to the basics of revenue assurance. Participants learn about the scope and depth of revenue assurance practices (best, worst, and most common practices), based upon years of experience setting up and improving RA practices. The course provides a comprehensive overview of all areas of revenue assurance.
This class has been taught to hundreds of students around the world and includes recent updates and changes to keep it current including RA for 3G, NGN, and the latest approaches.
