  • How do I apply for the free version?
    You will be required to complete the online request form at www.phillipsconsulting.net/TEPApplication. A minimum response is required to ensure reliability and validity of the report for your organisation. The Basic version will be produced for your organisation at no charge.

  • What if I want a more comprehensive report than that offered in the Basic version?
    Kindly refer to the product feature on the TEP website to choose your preferred version.

  • How long will it take to set up my organisation application?
    We can have you up and running very quickly. Once we receive all the required information, permissions and approvals from your organisation, we will have your survey ready for deployment in 3 days.

  • Who is responsible for communication with our employees during the process?
    Except mutually agreed by both parties, the responsibility of employee communication will be that of the client.

  • How long does it take to get the report after survey closure?
    The Basic and Silver reports will take 2-3 days and the Gold report takes 5 days. The timeline for the Platinum report will be dependent on the scope of customization of the survey for our client.
  • Can we customize the questions ourselves?
    TEP questions (statements) are based on research that identified the drivers of employee satisfaction, motivation and effectiveness. Only when TEP is used as developed can the tool provide validity required. TEP customisation is only limited to the demographics information of the organisation.

  • Can we customize the page to look like our website?
    Yes, to a limited extent.

  • Can a designated HR representative have administrative access to view the survey?
    A download of the raw survey responses can be sent to the designated HR representative upon request and necessary approval.
  • What do I need to get my application approved?
    All you need to do is to complete the application form online, and our representative will contact you to validate the information you provided and obtain the required.

  • Is a paper version available?
    Yes. A minimum cost will be charged for the reprographics and data input.

  • Do you support languages other than English?
